Dharmendra Kumar has more than 20 years of experience in the payments industry. Prior to founding PayZang, he served as Senior Vice President, Business Development at SAI Consulting. Previous positions include Product Manager at NetDeposit, where he was instrumental in pioneering Remote Deposit Capture, today a $50+ billion industry. He was also Co-founder of Ankyra Systems, a pharmaceutical vision automation company, now ACG Inspections. Dharmendra has deep expertise in technology, operations, and corporate strategy in varied domains like financial services, banking, engineering, healthcare, and pharmaceuticals.

He has a master's degree in management information systems from the Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University, and a bachelor's in civil and environmental engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur, India.

Christopher Fleisch
Co-founder and Vice President, Business Development

Christopher Fleisch has started multiple successful e-commerce and web-based start-ups. He has more than 20 years of experience in sales and marketing. Christopher has managed online marketing and social strategies for companies including the Utah Jazz, FatPipe Inc, inContact, and AdvancedMD. In addition, he was instrumental in developing business continuity plans for Fortune 500 companies like Dell and eBay.

He has a bachelor's degree in business and marketing from Westminster College in Salt Lake City, Utah and a diploma in multimedia from the Art Institute of Seattle in Washington.

Gayland Moffat

Gayland Moffat is Chief Operating Officer of Lineagen, a Utah-based genetic diagnostics and evaluation company. Prior to joining Lineagen, he was Chief Executive Officer for Gayland Moffat Consulting. This consulting practice focused on providing operations and business improvement solutions to private and public organizations across the United States and Canada. Before consulting, he served as Chief Operations Officer for EBusiness Solutions Group where he had primary operating responsibility for multiple start-up technology companies focused on financial products, payments, and web security solutions. Gayland also served as Chief Operations Officer for the Utah Transit Authority.

He completed his education at the University of Utah with degrees in political science, psychology, and a master’s in economics.
